BRAISING STEAK - BEEF STEAK Braising steak used mainly for stews, this is a better cut of meat than stewing steak.

LEG OF LAMB - SHANK END OF LEG Roasting joint for Sundays or any night of the week. Leg can be cut up for steaks which can be grilled or fried.

SHOULDER OF LAMB - WHOLE OR HALF SHOULDER These can be roasted or cut up. Will fit in your slow cooker.

LOIN CHOPS - LAMB LOIN CHOPS These can be grilled, fried or BBQ. These if you’d like come with mint on too.

LAMB CUTLETS These chops are cheaper than loin chops. You cook hem the same way and can be minted.

SHOULDER STEAKS - LAMB SHOULDER These can be grilled, fried or used for BBQ. Try them minted.
